Role Overview
You’ll guide qualified leads through the full investment journey: from first consultation to
successful property purchase. The leads are warm — people already using our Smart Matching Tool —
and your job is to turn clarity, expertise, and good communication into closed deals.
What You’ll Do
- Advise clients on off-plan and ready properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Understand their budget, goals, risk profile, and timeline.
- Present property options backed by real market data (not guesswork).
- Conduct virtual or in-person viewings.
- Negotiate with developers and ensure smooth purchasing steps.
- Maintain CRM accuracy; follow up consistently but professionally.
- Collaborate with our research and marketing teams to improve client experience.
What We Expect
- Proven experience as a real-estate broker or property advisor (UAE experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex topics simply.
- High level of professionalism — reliability matters more here than aggressive selling.
- Ability to organise your own schedule and follow up without being pushed.
- English required; French or Arabic is a bonus.
- Valid UAE real-estate licence (or willingness to obtain one).
